We have our own warehouses that allow us to give our customers customized solutions that make us flexible to operate any type of merchandise, whether palletized, in containers or in bulk.

In our warehouses we have all the possible customs figures and we make them available to our clients so they can be benefited from them:

ADT

Temporarily store and classification of the non-EU merchandise under customs control is allowed, having a maximum period of 90 days to dispatch to Free Practice or assign one of the Economic Customs Regime (Temporary Import, Customs Deposit, Active Improvement, Transformation under customs control, and export the merchandise to a third country after its revision or usual manipulations contemplated in Regulation 952/2013). The consume dispatch can be partial, passing the rest of the merchandise that has not been sold to the Customs Warehouse, thus splitting the payment of the corresponding taxes.

LAME

It allows us to make the export dispatch with greater agility and flexibility in our facilities to third countries, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, through partial receptions and groupings, all without the need to move the goods to the customs area, reducing unnecessary costs.

DA

Where goods can be stored for an unlimited time, under customs control, until the final destination is decided inside or outside the Community customs territory.

The introduced merchandise can obtain the following benefits:

Non-application of customs duties
Non-application of trade policy measures
Non-application or exemption from internal taxes (VAT and IIEE)
Advance payment of the refunds provided for the export of agricultural products

We can manipulate the goods contemplated in Regulation 952/2013, before being dispatched for consumption, prepare them according orders for sale and models according to the needs of the clients. It has the advantage of being able to withdraw partially the goods from the deposit, for which the payment of tariffs and VAT can be divided.

DDA

Law 37/1992 in its Article 65 states that the imported goods reflected in the aforementioned article, can be linked to the Separate Deposit of the Customs, where they will be exempt from VAT while they remain in this regime, as well as the provision of services and sales inside the warehouse. This regime is a commercial advantage for those companies that have successive sales, since they would avoid paying the VAT of the merchandise.+

You can also link Spanish merchandise to the DVD, for its subsequent sale after export to a third country. In that case the sale between the two Spanish companies will be exempt from VAT because the merchandise is linked to this regime.

REGISTERED ISSUER IN IIEE

As of April 1, 2010 the Customs stopped issuing the accompanying documents, and the figure of Registered Shipper was born, for which, we registered in the Territorial registry of the Management Office and we are authorized to issue the document of circulation electronic (EMCS) of alcoholic beverages, after importation in suspension, from the office of clearance to the establishment of authorized destination.

What is the Export and Import Dispatch?

The import and export office gathers all the services and professional activities related to customs. It is the bureaucratic process with which the entry and exit of goods from one country to another takes place.

Specifically, meaning the set of formalities and controls through which goods pass, with the main objective that the authorities and Public Administrations determine the process as legal and controlled.
